Heir of Yatagarasu

A 2D-adventure game starring Utsuho Reiuji. Obtain the power of the Jīnwū and become the next incarnation of Yatagarasu. But watch out for the evil that lurks within the resting place of the divine sungod! Made for Touhou Game Jam 2020.

Controls:

• Arrow keys: move
• Z: use item
• A/S: switch item
  • gun arm: fires attacks
  • crow feather: dash
  • elephant's foot: stomp to break blocks
  • third eye: creates a sun stone to activate altars, block beams

Editor controls:

• Click item icon: Add to centre of screen
• Click item: select
• Drag with selected: move
• right click and drag: duplicate
• r: rotate tool. click items to rotate them
• w: wall tool. place each corner
• l: loading zone tool. connects rooms to each other.
• n: rename tool. name items for linking (must edit YML files to actually link). don't use this on entry points.
• i: load image for level background
• p: add player entry points. cannot be renamed with n.
• ctrl-o: open level
• ctrl-s: save level

YAML editing is needed to link objects to react to each other.
